A to Z recently installed Bahama shutters on my new home in Gulf Shores. The whole process could not have gone better! From our first meeting with Terri, through the installation our experience was great.

Installation was completed ahead of schedule. The installers were exceptional. We arrived home midway through their installation. Both installers stopped working and introduced themselves. When the installation was completed, they made sure we were happy with their job, then thoroughly explained how to operate and maintain the shutters.

The quality of the shutters and installation far exceeded our expectations. Great Job!

Our new bahama shutters are BEAUTIFUL! The A to Z team is great (Thanks, Terri!). The only reason I picked 4 stars instead of 5 is because the 8 weeks we were quoted got extended by a month or so. Stuff happens, but we do love the shutters. 🙂

Excellent service and product. Terri Cole did a great job getting people out to measure and then ordering the shutters. They were here within 6 weeks and then Jesse came to natal them. He did a great job and very meticulous on how they are installed. They look great and not at all obtrusive.

I have two windows on the second floor of my home that would be very difficult for me to protect in preparation for a hurricane. So I decided to get motorized and remote control operated Roll Shutters. I did research on companies in this area that do this type of work and ended up selecting A To Z Shutter Masters to do the job. The estimated start date was 6 weeks from signing the agreement. I was contacted by Terri Cole prior to the planned start date and informed due to some issues, the date would be delayed for another 4-6 weeks. That delay was understandable to me due to the ongoing pandemic and supply chain issues. I was contacted again prior to the revised start date and told the work would begin on the following Monday. My installation took place on February 21-22, 2022. On that Monday, two guys arrived about mid-morning and explained the plan to me. Both were very friendly and professional. I could tell they had done this many, many times before and knew what they were doing. It took about a day and a half to complete the job. The new shutters are working great during my “tests’ each month and I’ve had no issues. Of course the real test will come when we have the next hurricane but I’m very confident they did a great job on the installation and everything will work as planned. I highly recommend A To Z Shutter Masters for hurricane shutter protection.

I'd recommend A to Z Shutters to anyone needing hurricane/storm protection to their home. My home needed three types of shutters to protect vulnerable windows – board and batten for large double windows, accordions for the back facing a forest and Bahamas for second-floor dormers. It's not just the glass that's at risk in high winds. The seals can break and soon your windows will start to fog. Installation happened yesterday – the fit is perfect and they look terrific. These shutters are expensive but, the way they're made justifies the cost. They're very sturdy and they operate with ease. The A to Z team was a pleasure to work with, professional and accurate, from the first to last encounter. Hurricanes and storms? No worries – I'll just close the shutters and be at peace.

Can't say enough good things about A to Z Shutters! In a world that feels like customer service is dead this company was polite, prompt and had good communication from day 1. They completed the job in the stated time frame. Prices were reasonable too. Thank you to Terri, TJ and the 2 men who installed the shutters! Would definately recommend.

The good news is the quality of the shutters I ordered is excellent, and they look great. The bad news is it took quite a while for them to be produced, and they insisted on installing them with very little notice at their convenience and not mine. Despite my opposition, they were installed when we weren’t even home.
