The first time I went there to sell some clothes, I had a relatively positive experience. The young man at the counter was great. He purchased three items. He showed me which of the items he selected and the dollar amount of each item. He was honest and up front with me. So the following day, I returned with a large bag of more trendy stuff - all new or like new. This time a young woman was the one who did the selecting. When she finished her selection, she called me up to the counter put her hand on what appeared to be a small pile of clothes and said "these are the items we will take and the total is $14" . She did not show me the items, nor the number of items. Being that I saw such a small pile on the counter, i agreed to the $14.

Well once I was in my car, I realized that she had taken so much more than the few little things she had on the counter. Apparently she had the other items under the counter out of sight - some very valuable designer and name brand items. This store has no protocol because my experience with this girl was very different than with the young man.

I feel like she fooled me because I wouldn't have agreed to just $14 for so many things of value. Word of advice to anyone who brings items to sell: ask for a summary of each item before you agree to accept the offer.

Excellent prices. Large variety of clothes. From vintage, to up date styles. Good variety of tennis shoes , t-shirts to pants. Great staff. They also buy clothes. Very good experience.

I was looking for a dress to go clubbing that had a sexier vibe than the outfits that I brought with me. I found the perfect dress here for only $10 and it fit like a glove. The store had a good selection of clothing pieces for a reasonable price.

They have a great selection to buy from.
If you want to sell your items, the staff make you wait 2 hours to look at your items and give you pennies 60 cents for your stuff where you could just give it away for free. My stuff was Australian brands and Van Gogh. Do not recommend this if you want to sell for free. I give a large quantity away for free then there are so many consignment in west la that are respectful to dollar amount worth your things so you could at least buy yourself a coffee or food not an undervalued item of 10 cents that they are trying to rip you off for!

Do Not support this establishment. It's an absolute joke, I went to sell some things and they basically insulted me with a monster $32.00!
*Of course I refused,
2 pairs of custom vans $180.00 1 custom pair of Sneakers, $60.00
1 pair of brand new Cons $110.00
1 Deadpool leather jacket $260.00
Oh, yeah...had a person pretending to shop there. Over-heard one of the folks working there that wanted the Converse and The Vans - no motivation to rip you of there.

this store is ok for thrifting but TERRIBLE for selling. the wait is really long, which they do let you know before hand, but their offers are absolutely horrible. they gave me 12$ for 37 items, which is about 3 cents per item..don’t even waste your precious time coming here. if you really want to sell your clothes, go to uptown cheapskate across the street instead. they are a bit more picky and will still give you pretty low offers (i gave them 4 items for 12$) but their offers are at least more reasonable compared to 2nd street. will never sell here again, and i hope nobody else makes the same mistake that i did. ❤️

cute clothes sold here but do not sell here. I had 6 pieces of clothing total and they told me that they would pay me $1.50. Also I waited at least an hour and a half which they do give you a heads up about the wait time but the reviews are true selling your clothes here is a scam. For 6 pieces of clothing they were only giving me .25 cents just to sell the pieces for $10 and up that’s crazy lol

I like this place. Organized well. Some items are priced higher than if you purchased new at a big box store or online. I don’t understand that
