My first time in Dothan and we stopped on this fun store. A very impressive collection of new and used items. I will definitely be stopping back in on my next trip. I could have easily spent hours just looking around for comics, games and toys.

Listen, I hate leaving bad reviews. But this place continues to go downhill. The prices of *USED* books are decent, and they do have cool stuff, but that’s about as much as I can compliment the place. They aren’t very organized, and when you do ask for help locating a book or item, they usually vaguely point at an area in the store that your book MIGHT be in after they check if they have it. They don’t help you find anything and if you come back saying you couldn’t find the book that’s in stock, they just shrug.

And the BATHROOMS. I cannot understand how anyone can think that these are acceptable. They were once OK, then bad, then downright disgusting. The smell is putrid in there as well. Something’s gotta change. I used to love it here and now always walk out empty-handed.

Absolutely love this place. My hubby took me on a shopping spree for the 1st time. Loved it probably never happen again but still love this place if your a gamer

You find good deals here. But YOU have to find everything yourself. The staff is not informed about what they have and the store's organization is awful. On top of that, the last trip I had there, there was a horrible damp cat smell throughout the front of the store. Safe to say I can't see myself going back to that particular store.

Never been into this store and it was lovely. A lot of books, DVDs, toys etc at a good price. The workers were very helpful as I seen and heard them helping customers look for books, DVDs etc. Will return back for more DVDS.

Their prices are horrible. I've seen them try to sell so much used items for more than what it costs new...I only ever go here to window shop. Don't ever try to trade in anything at this place either; it's a slap in the face when you hear the 'cash' price. They'll offer you more in store credit, and it might seem worth it, until you see the highly marked-up prices.

Kpop fans: DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF TO SELL AT 2ND AND CHARLES!

Not only do they give you pennies for what it’s worth, but one of the employees that went through the stuff I brought up there took the photocards and the CD from an album I tried to sell to them and they gave me back the album saying it had no photocards (it absolutely did) & the CD missing was just the cherry on top. I got $40 store credit for over $250 worth of kpop albums…

Terrible, terrible service. I’m spending my store credit and never ever coming back.
