Acupamos a Gladis para una quinceñera pagamos por 250 Plato’s. El dia de la fiesta nomas nos entrego 170 platos se acabo la comida y los que sirviero, dos horas tarde. No tenian Lelia/ice y bien groseros. No recomiendo GLADIS par noda, tratamos de que nos regesada nuestro denero y no le gusto se puso agreseva asta oy no contesta las llamadas. No tiene palabra coming mujer o como persona de negosio.

Thanks to Gladys my daughter quince wasn’t stressful.. Gladys has a great package and affordable… covered everything u need for a Quince party.. gladys is very sweet person n willing to work w you. Example my package came with a bible but my daughter wasn’t going to church , so she gave me cups for my damas instead… im very please w her work ..even my friends n family was very pleased w everything, we all had a great time… i will surely recommend friends n family to her store n hall .. food was delicious, dj played good music & had everyone dancing all night, cake was beautiful and so yummy ,decorations was beautiful,photo booth was in the package also.. the dress was also in package n beautiful and affordable .. snack table had alot of different snacks fruits.. im telling u if u dont want to stress .. give gladys a call. She made my event stressful freeeeee…. Thank u Gladys for your best service…

Got my girls' dresses for a sweet 16, and the lady got them sized up but never sized them up. Just ordered them from the catalog and handed them to me as if I was dumb. The girls tried on the dresses and they were either too big or not big enough and she ordered them in the same size because the were "all in the same size category" I even paid the full amount up front... I took them back and had her get them properly fitted and still one of the dresses did not fit properly. Now I am at home trying to fix the dresses one day before the special day.

A business is very dishonest in this misleading. I hired Mrs Gladys to cater my daughter‘s Sweet 16. I purchased 250 plates and they only served 170. I brought it to her attention and she said she had hired a new crew and she was sorry that I was not delivered the 250 plates but she was not there and could not reimburse me the 80 plates that were not served she would only give me credit for the plates that were not served. She also didn’t do my decorations correctly like she was asked. the catering was not complete. The ice tea was served with no ice they did not refill the condiments as needed. The owner sent only 2 people to do the catering. The food was suppose to be serve but we had pick up our food as buffet. I was very disappointed because I trusted her and paid lots of money not yo worry about anything but was very stressed because I had to be part of the crew. The owner is so dishonest. I also bought a dress and she was very dishonest about the tailoring. The tailor messed up my dress and they did not fix it I had to take it to a different taylor because they were not going to fix it.
